Privacy Policy

Your practice stays on your device.

Twelve Keys does not require an account, access your microphone, record your playing, or send your exercises, practice entries or self-assessments to the developer. These are stored locally on your iPhone. The app contains no advertising, analytics SDKs or tracking.

Backups are under your control.

When you export a backup, you choose where to save the JSON file. A storage provider you select, such as iCloud Drive, handles that file under its own privacy terms. Importing a backup uses the file you choose. The app does not operate a cloud backup service.

Purchases are handled by Apple.

The one-time unlock uses Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payment information; the developer does not receive your card details. The app checks purchase entitlement to provide full access. Apple handles transaction data under its privacy policy.

Support messages are voluntary.

If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use that information to respond and diagnose the issue, not for advertising. Send only what is needed. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.

This website is separate from the app.

This support website has no analytics scripts or advertising cookies. Cloudflare hosts it and may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Those website requests are not collection of your in-app practice data. Opening an external link is subject to that destination's privacy policy.

Deleting your data.

You can delete practice entries in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data. Exported files remain wherever you saved them and can be deleted there. Purchases are managed through your Apple Account.
